SHIPPING & RETURNS

We roast fresh and ship fast from The Colony, Texas. Here's everything you need to know about getting coffee to your door.

Shipping

Roasted fresh, shipped quick. Every batch is roasted to order on our 1 kg Skywalker roaster. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our roastery in The Colony, Texas.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available.

Shipping rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking: Every order comes with tracking information sent to your email as soon as it ships.

Delivery times: Transit time depends on the carrier and destination. Once your coffee leaves our roastery, carrier delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you catch a mistake right away, email us ASAP and we'll do our best to help.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if it's lost or stolen after delivery, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right.

Send us a note at hello@hazulroasters.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we'll sort it out.

Returns

Coffee is a perishable food product, so we cannot accept returns based on taste preference. We carefully roast each batch to bring out the best in every bean, but we understand taste is personal.

We do offer replacements or refunds for:

• Items that arrived damaged
• Wrong items shipped
• Missing items

If any of these apply, email us at hello@hazulroasters.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and details.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup in The Colony, Texas by request. If you're local and would like to arrange a pickup, email us at hello@hazulroasters.com after placing your order and we'll coordinate a time.
